“It is through Knowledge Management that we document and highlight success stories and good practices, make better plans and decisions that are anchored in our experiences, avoid repeating past mistakes, and make knowledge-sharing or knowledge-learning a conscious and habitual process,” says DSWD Field Office VIII Regional Director Resty Macuto during the 3-day Skills Training on Documentation of Success Stories and Good Practices to Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program staff at Milka Hotel, Tacloban City.

Director Macuto also inspired the participants to continue facilitating the voices of the people because when they have a collective voice, they are more able to advocate their rights and participate in decision-making processes.####
