The Department of Social Welfare and Development joins the people of Bobon, Northern Samar in celebrating its 155th founding anniversary.
And in recognition of the partnership between DSWD and the LGU, DSWD provided funds to boost several programs carried out in the LGU, such as the social pension, sustainable livelihood program and the supplemental feeding program.
“Maraming salamat sa munisipyo ng Bobon at sa probinsya ng Nortehrn Samar. Hindi aabot ang DSWD ng 67 years kung wala kayo. Hindi kami e-evolve o magiging isang ahensiya na may tunay na malasakit, maagap at mapagkalingang serbisyo, at walang puwang sa katiwalian kung wala kayo. Muli, isang magandang gabi at happy celebration! Cheers sa lalo pang maunlad na munisipyo ng Bobon!” says DSWD Regional Director Restituto Macuto.
