The National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTSPR) or Listahanan is now on the data collection phase and the conduct of Household Assessment is still ongoing simultaneously region-wide. There are 159,795 households assessed in the region, from the target of 864,736 households for assessment.

Enumeration is ongoing; however, there are still training conducted for additional Enumerators and Area Supervisors who will be deployed in cities and municipalities which are not done yet with their assessment.

Meanwhile, the NHTS is currently doing the barcoding of Household Assessment Forms (HAFS) and as of today, there are 67,339 HAFs recorded in the system for encoding. Moreover, encoders and verifiers have already started and the recent status of encoded HAFs is 27, 413 and the total verified HAFs is 23, 929. The encoding station is presently managed by the Regional Information Technology Officer of Listahanan. Due to the limited IT equipment of NHTS such as laptops, the other newly-hired encoders and verifiers are encouraged to bring their laptops in able to perform the task.

Furthermore, release of official wearables such as Listahanan Vest, Teeshirt with logos, delivery and retrieval of Forms from the areas are also ongoing.

The Data collection phase of Listahanan Third Round of Household Assessment is expected to be accomplished by the month of March 2020.

Listahanan is an information management system that identifies who and where the poor are in the region.
