Staff of DSWD Field Office VIII are glued to their computers for the first of a four-day ISO 9001:2015 Awareness and Documentation Training, and Risk Management Training via Video Teleconference. Regional Director Marie Angela Gopalan exhorted employees to learn by heart the principles being presented, and reiterated what DSWD Assistant Secretary, Rodolfo Santos, said today that “we must consistently improve our services and make our organization more responsive to our stakeholders.
