Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the OIC – Division Chief, the Administrative Aide IV assists in updating various Budget Section-related databases and provides administrative and clerical support for the Section. The Administrative Aide IV will also perform other related tasks that may be designated by the immediate supervisor.
Job Outputs:
- Updated regular funds Budget Controller-related Registries;
- Work and Financial Plan; and
- Updated Registry of Allotment, Obligation and Disbursement.
Primary Tasks / Terms of Reference:
- Assists the regular funds Budget Controller in the updating of Registries, verification of transactions with the Work and Financial Plan and posting of financial documents whenever the main controller is on leave or on official business;
- Assist in consolidating the Work and Financial Plan of the funds assigned by the fund controller;
- Assist in updating the Registry Allotment, Obligation and Disbursement;
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
