Job Summary:

            Under general supervision of the Social Welfare Officer III / Center Head, the Administrative Officer II administers Psychological Tests & conducts Psychological Intervention to his/her clients. He / She also supervises interns assigned in the center and is expected to participate in Capacity Building activities. Lastly, he/she will perform other task that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Primary Tasks / Terms of Reference:

  1. Administers and interprets psychological tests as basis of diagnosis, referral to other services and formulation of psychological intervention for clients;
  2. Recommends the formulation of psychological intervention plan to improve clients’ psychological well-being as part of the rehabilitation plan;
  3. Supervises and provides technical knowledge to interns placed in the residential care facilities to equip them with quality hands-on training in providing psychological service;
  4. Monitors and purchases psychological test materials for the consumption of clients in the center to ensure accuracy during evaluation;
  5. Attends conference, workshop seminar, staff meeting as part of staff development and professional growth;
  6. Perform other tasks that maybe assigned.
