Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant trainings
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience

Education: With Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Training: Eight (8) hours of training on project development and management, case briefing and management
Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in project development and management particularly on community-driven development programs, conduct of case management and position/s involving management and supervision.
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker).
Others: Applicant will be hired are required to bring/use their own laptop during
engagement period.
Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Promotive Division Head, will provide technical support for the implementation of the Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa Program (BP2P).

Primary Tasks / Terms of Reference:
- Facilitate the signing of the Tripartite MOA between Department of Social Welfare and Development Office, receiving Local Government Unit (LGU) and beneficiaries.
- Facilitate the turnover/acceptance ceremony of the returning families with the Local Social Welfare and Development Office (LSWDO) and other key participating agencies – short term cluster council members
- Liaise with the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) staff, participating agencies and stakeholders in the implementation of the family development plans, case portfolio update and progress report
- Prepare computation table for the livelihood support base on the request of the SLP staff and facilitate the request of Sub-Allotment Requesr Order (SARO) for transmittal to the National Program Management Office.
- Coordinate and facilitate with the beneficiaries the requirements that need to be complied for the liquidation.
- Conduct Quarterly Meeting with the beneficiaries for the monitoring and updating of their case folios.
- Prepare correspondence, memorandum and policy document related to BP2 implementation and operationalization at the regional level.
- Facilitate and/or attend regional inter-agency meeting, as directed by the supervisors.
- Conduct family case conferences with the LSWDO, as applicable
- Prepare documentation and filing of the processes of the BP2 activities and initiatives
- Maintain and update Regional Masterlist base on the progress of intervention implemented to the family beneficiaries
- Perform other related task to BP2 implementation, as deem necessary

Initial Shortlisting : Meeting the minimum QS of the position for ETEE and has
obtained at least 80% of the Initial Qualifying Test (IQT).
The result of IQT of all DSWD applicants is valid within six (6) months upon test administration and will be used across all positions within the same position level. Not meeting the required percentile for the respective level will not qualify the applicant in applying to other vacancies of the same level within its validity period.
(Only those who passed the IQT shall proceed to the next selection process)
Second Shortlisting : Top five (5) ranking candidates but
overall rating should not be less than 70%
