Mr. Michael Jibson Hernandez, Executive Assistant Designate of PhilHealth, hands over to DSWD's Assistant Regional Director Jaime Eclavea boxes of flu vaccines. Looking on is Mr. Emmanuel Relador, also of PhilHealth. The PhilHealth Regional Office donated 100 flu vaccines to the DSWD Field Office Eight. The donation took place in Director Eclavea's office on July 4, 2011. PhilHealth is a partner agency of the DSWD.
