Tacloban City- DSWD Field Office VIII has joined the world in celebrating Women’s Month with this year’s theme “Juana, Desisyon Mo ay Mahalaga sa Kinabukasan ng Bawat Isa, Ikaw Na!” through the recent Gender and Development (GAD) Fun Walk and Zumba Dance which was attended by around 200 staff from its various divisions, programs, and centers.

Regional Director Nestor Ramos encouraged the staff to continue working hard and empowering communities, families, children, and women. ###
