Provide leadership, staff expertise and support in the management/administration of financial resources, facilities and the physical infrastructure, personnel administration, legal management and assistance, asset management, supply management, records management and other logistical management and procurement activities in a manner that is transparent, accountable, proactive, result oriented, and value adding to the stewardship of the Field Office’s resources.It shall implement policies, formulate plans and programs related to the provision of logistical services, personnel administration, property management, financial management, records management, maintenance of building/facilities, operations of transportation and communication, utility, janitorial and security services; and ensure that appropriate management systems and procedures are in place for economical, efficient and effective administrative services.

The Chief of the Division is tasked to supervise the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat.

This Division is composed of the following Units:

  • Administrative Unit
    • Responsible for the provision, maintenance and management of logistical requirements to support the Field Office in the attainment of its vision and mission. It shall implement policies and formulate plans and programs related to the provision of logistical services and personnel administration. It is also responsible for the provision of services related to procurement, property and supply management, record management, maintenance of properties/facilities, operation of transportation, communication, and utility services and supervision of janitorial and security services. It shall ensure that appropriate management systems and procedure are in place for economical, efficient and effective administrative services.

      • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of an effective financial plan to support to DSWD’s programs, projects and activities aimed at achieving its desired outcome. It is also responsible for the implementation of policies and guidelines for the effective, efficient and economical management of financial resources of the Field Office; management of financial and related non-financial information system to ensure timely compliance with reporting requirements. It shall provide the Management relevant information and advice on financial matters for decision-making.
