“Gustung-gusto ko ang Kalahi-CIDSS. Dahil sa programang ito ng DSWD, natututo ang mga tao kung paano talaga mag-implement ng project,” said Mayor Percival Ortillo of the municipality of Marabut,Samar, during the recent World Bank Support Mission.

He shared then how the above program exhibits transparency and empowers the people and emphasized that development is a social responsibility.

“Lahat ng tao makikialam at makiki-isa, kaya sigurado maganda and proyekto,” Mayor Ortillo confirmed.
