KALAHI-CIDSS to Adapt Bottom-up Budgeting: Training New Staff for ACT Mobilization

The Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) is now training the newly hired staff for Area Coordinating Teams (ACT) mobilization for the bottom-up budgeting in pilot areas in the region.

DSWD FIELD WORKERS CONTINUE TO MONITOR FLOOD-STRICKEN MUNICIPALITIES IN REGION EIGHT

The DSWD Field Office Eight, under the leadership of Regional Director Leticia Diokno, is currently keeping a close watch, specially over flood and landslide – prone areas in the region, with the continuous heavy rains taking place throughout the week.

Once again, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Eight will spearhead the observance of the Adoption Consciousness Week, which starts on the fourth of February till the tenth of same month.
