DSWD’S HOME FOR WOMEN RECEIVES PHILHEALTH – DOH RUN PROCEEDS

Finally, the DSWD’s Regional Haven at Pawing in Palo, Leyte got half of the proceeds from the “biggest run in the history of Eastern Visayas,” as what PHILHEALTH Regional Vice – President Walter Bacareza described of the PHILHEALTH – DOH run of February 17 of this year, conducted in Tacloban City.

135 YOUTHS READY FOR EMPLOYMENT AFTER FINISHING DSWD-TESDA TECH/VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Finally, the 135 youths, coming from Northern Samar’s eight Balicuatro Islands,  have finished Wednesday, June 19, 2013,  an almost three – month technical/vocational training,  under the DSWD and Technical Services Development Authority (TESDA) Cash for Training Program (C4TP).
