CCT youngsters enjoy 2015 Children’s Congress

Around 36 children beneficiaries of the government’s Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Program, commonly known as the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, from all over Eastern Visayas, recently gathered for the Children’s Congress 2015 at Milka Hotel, Tacloban City, Leyte.

Tanauan, Leyte – Barely two years after Typhoon Yolanda ravaged Eastern Visayas, survivors from this 2nd class town are slowly showing signs of full recovery.

Ambassador Zhao visits North Bgy Shelters, presents his friendship, wishes and help for a better life
