ORMOC CITY – DSWD Field Office VIII’s Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) transfers P22 million pesos to this city for Cash for Building Livelihood Assets (CBLA) program for 110 barangays. Each barangay, with 51 beneficiaries went on 15 days of rehabilitation work on Yolanda-damaged community facilities and were given P260.00 pesos per day. The project includes debris clearing, clean-up of farm-to-market roads, coastal areas, desilting and dredging irrigation canals and river
