Project LAWA boosts crop irrigation in Dolores, Eastern Samar with small farm reservoirs

Through the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Project LAWA, partner-beneficiaries in the Local Government Unit of Dolores, Eastern Samar have rehabilitated eight small farm reservoirs to improve crop irrigation in the area.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office VIII spearheaded the culminating activity for the DSWD Tara, Basa Tutoring Program implementation in Samar Province on Thursday, August 22, 2024.

A total of 1,977 parents across Samar Province received cash incentive for completing the Nanay-Tatay Sessions of the DSWD Tara, Basa Tutoring Program.
