Ang parangal na ito ay ang 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 kung saan sinasalamin nito ang walang kupas na serbisyo at partisipasyon ng ahensya sa pagbibigay suporta sa Red Cross services upang mas mapabuti ang kalagayan ng ating mamamayan.
