Naipamahagi ng mga Angels in Red Vests, sa tulong ng Local Government Unit (LGU) staff ang distribusyon ng family food packs sa 300 na pamilyang naiulat na apektado sa San Policarpo, Eastern Samar.

Aabot sa 4,089 benepisyaryo ang natulungan ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Project LAWA (Local Adaptation to Water Access) at BINHI (Breaking Insufficiency Through Nutritious Harvest for the Impoverished). Kabilang sa mga natulungan ay mga magsasaka, mangingisda, nakatatanda at iba pang sektor ng lipunan na pinaka-apektado ng pagbabago ng klima at kahirapan.
