DSWD lauds Tara, Basa! Tutors and Youth Development Workers in Samar

DSWD Field Office VIII recognized Tutors and Youth Development Workers (YDWs) from Northwest Samar State University (NwSSU) on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, for the successful implementation of the Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program in Samar province.
