Brief but striking.  DSWD Regional Director, Restituto Macuto, impressed the youth with his statement  – “My message to the youth and parents as taken from the Sunday Gospel” Enter the Narrow Gate of Sacrifice” Narrow gate is not that easy;  it is coupled with determination and self- discipline.  Once you succeed entering that narrow gate, you will achieve your goal/dream.”

The DSWD regional chief delivered said inspirational message during the 42^nd anniversary of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Tacloban City Chapter last August 21, 2016,  at the Robinson’s Place – Tacloban.#
