Elizabeth Zenita Cardines, STEFTI Placement Officer, UNDP has pledged to shoulder the transportation expenses of the newly-hired workers in relocating to Batangas. They will also be provided Php1,000.00 each for initial payment for their house/room rental. EPSON will also be providing complimentary meal tickets for them to avail free meals at their canteen.
SLP program participants took advantage upon hearing about the job fair. It is a rare opportunity for them since employers will be providing privileges for their first month.

Ronnie Militante, 22, one SLP program participants expressed his gratitude for this wonderful blessing he has received. “I was motivated to participate in the vocational training so that I will no longer be staying idle and be able to help my family,” he shared.
He is a college undergrad who was forced to quit school due to financial problem. He worked as on-call construction worker. He was eager to find work that is why he immediately inquired and avail the training upon hearing about it.
