LOOK: The municipalities of Balangkayan, Eastern Samar, Albuera, Leyte, Biliran and Caibiran, Biliran conducted their launching activity of KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP Additional Financing and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing.

The activity aims to orient the local government units and communities about the process, timeline and standards of the program, using the Disaster Response Operations Modality (DROM).

Through the Disaster Response Operations Modality (DROM), DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS provides additional resources and technical assistance to the local government units in enhancing their capacity to respond and manage not only the pandemic, but also other disasters.
