Some 39,340 Pantawid households in the region have already graduated from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program from the year 2021 to mid-2024 after achieving a self-sufficiency level of well-being; and by natural attrition.

Of the 39,340 Pantawid household graduates in the region, 31, 482 of these have attained a Self-Sufficiency Level of Well-being while 7,858 households are through Natural Attrition.

These 4Ps households already underwent Pugay-Tagumpay, a Ceremonial Graduation wherein the graduates are officially turned over to the local government units for sustained support interventions as part of the aftercare programs and services in partnership with national government agencies, national government organizations, civil society organizations, and private and business sector. These aftercare programs and services include but are not limited to skills training; education; and livelihood.

While in the program, the Pantawid Pamilya program employs the Kilos Unlad Framework, a 4Ps case management strategy wherein beneficiaries are empowered and equipped with necessary skills, capacities, and knowledge so that can be ready to stand on their own even after their exit from the program.

As mandated by the Republic Act 13110, Pantawid households shall exit the program by attaining a Self-Sufficiency Level of Well-being, through Natural attrition, and by voluntarily waiving from the program.

The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program intends to alleviate poverty among poor households through investment in children’s education, nutrition, and health.
