Through DSWD’s Project LAWA at BINHI, 80 water facilities in Sogod, Southern Leyte have been rehabilitated into aquaculture projects. With a total capacity of 14,703 cubic meters, these facilities now support fish farming and directly benefit 416 partner-beneficiaries. This collaboration between the LGU and the agency not only addresses food insecurity but also ensures a reliable water supply, providing sustainable solutions for the community.
