DSWD Sustainable Livelihood Program Association (SLPA) President Lenard G. Jabolin received the “MicroSourcing Young Leader of the Year” award during the recently held 2024 Asia CEO Awards at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City. Asia CEO Awards organizes the largest business forums and summits in the Philippines and recognizes extraordinary leaders who have demonstrated outstanding achievement for their organizations and contributions to others.

Mr. Jabolin received the award in recognition for his work as the president of the Casapa Youth Association from Barangay Casapa, Jiabong, Samar. This SLPA, now operating as the Casapa Livestock Raisers Association, Inc., has been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC) and the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PHILGEPS) since February 2024.
