The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office-8, through its Disaster Response Management Division, provides technical assistance on Advanced Data Gathering for Assistance Preparedness for Protection (AGAPP) mobile application, Family Access Card in Emergencies and Disasters (FACED), and the use of Mobile Command Center (MCC) to the MAT Leaders and Local Government Units in the Province of Eastern Samar.
The primary objective of the said activity is to give guidance on reporting before, during and after disasters.
