Patuloy na hinihikayat ng Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 8 ang mga aktibong miyembro ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries kabilang ang 0-5 taong gulang na wala pang National ID ay magparehistro at magpa-authenticate na sa Philippine Identification System (PhilSYs).
Ang pagpaparehistro at pagpapa-authenticate sa PhilSys ay katumbas ng pagdalo sa Family Development Sessions para sa mga buwan ng Pebrero at Marso 2025.
Ang pagkakaroon ng National ID ay mahalaga upang magkaroon ng wasto at sapat na patunay ng pagkakakinlanlan sa kanilang mga transaksyon.
Maaaring magparehistro sa mga pinakamalapit na National ID registration centers na matatagpuan sa barangay halls, shopping malls, mga tanggapan o Fixed Registration Centers ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), at Family Development Session (FDS) co-location venues.
Pinaaalalahanan din ng ahensiya na bago tumungo sa mga registration centers at venues ay magdala ng dukomento katulad ng PSA-issued Certificate of Live Birth at isang (1) government-issued identification document na nakasaad ang kumpletong pangalan, at may litratong nakaharap, at merong pirma o thumb mark.
