The National Household Targeting Office (NHTO) conducted a field visit in Tacloban City and Abuyog, Leyte on February 17-20, 2025. The team, together with the National Household Targeting Section (NHTS) and 4Ps Regional Pantawid Management Office (RPMO) paid courtesy calls to the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) in Tacloban City, led by CSWDO Fe Chona A. Bahin, and to Abuyog’s Municipal Mayor, Mayor Lemuel Gin K. Traya. Both leaders expressed their support for implementing “i-Registro ang F1KD sa 4Ps”.

This field visit aimed to orient and promote i-Registro as an additional platform in updating the information of active 4Ps beneficiaries who are pregnant and have children 0-24 months; as well as address issues, concerns or implementation challenges faced by Municipal Links and Partner Beneficiaries. The activity was designed to empower Municipal Links and Partner Beneficiaries, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the system.

In January 2025, Municipal Links started promoting i-Registro during their Family Development Sessions (FDS). This initiative is a key part of increasing i-Registro usage among active 4Ps beneficiaries.

DSWD Field Office 8 was able to attain its targets through the collaborative effort of the “i-Registro ang F1KD sa 4Ps” activity and the manual update of the 4Ps. This represents a substantial success for the said activity.

The i-Registro is a self-service and digital platform used to update the information of active 4Ps beneficiaries who are pregnant and have children aged 0-24 months. It is an alternative, new way for the fastest update of their information in the PPIS, which will be used by the 4Ps in the implementation of First 1000 Days (F1KD) conditional cash grants. And it will not replace the paper-and-pen updating process in 4Ps.
