With the support of the Local Government Unit of Basey, Samar, the Area and Municipal Coordinating Team (A/MCT) conducted an Organizational and Financial Assessment for Income-Generating Projects in Brgy. Mabini.

Representatives from the Regional Program Management Office and the Monitoring and Technical Assistance Team (MATA) members facilitated the activity which aims to determine how effectively these IGPs are functioning and identify areas for improvement. At the same time, it also involved the evaluation of its financial health.

Officials of the BLGU, community members along with the Operations and Maintenance Group participated in the said activity.

Brgy. Mabini is one out of 18 IGPs in the region targeted to be evaluated for its organizational and financial well-being.

The IGP sub-projects of the program exemplify the potential of community-driven initiatives in fostering economic development and contribute significantly to the condition of the people in the community.
