LOOK: DSWD Field Office 8 continues its celebration of love and family as the Centers and Residential Care Facilities (CRCFs) conduct a Gift-Giving activity this Christmas Day.
With the theme, “Pasko ng Pag-aaruga, Mainit na Pagkalinga Para sa Bagong Taong Masigla,” DSWD Regional Director Grace Subong, FO staff and houseparents join the residents in celebrating Christmas through the giving of gifts.
As the celebrations continue, Director Subong expresses her gratitude for the support of all CRCF staff and their efforts in providing Serbisyong Maagap at Mapagkalinga.
DSWD FO8 has four CRCFs, which provides temporary shelter for the victims and survivors of Violence Against Women and Children, abandonment, neglect, and other crimes, as well as rehabilitation for Children In Conflict with the Law (CICL).
These CRCFs include the Haven for Women, Home for Girls, Reception and Study Center for Children, and the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth.
