Despite the holiday on April 9, 2025, the Walang Gutom Program team of DSWD Eastern Visayas showed unwavering dedication as it conducted a meeting with Community Engagement Coordinators (CECs) from Samar and Eastern Samar in Catbalogan City, Samar.
Staff from the FO VIII -WGP and Community Engagement Coordinators were present to discuss key matters aimed at improving the implementation of the program. The meeting served as a platform to review accomplishments, provide guidance and directives on the upcoming Innovations Caravan and April redemption, and address various issues and concerns raised from the field.
Their continued commitment reflects the shared goal of ensuring that no one is left behind in the fight against hunger.
