The province of Northern Samar this week formally took off its partnership with the DSWD and the Technical Services Development Authority (TESDA), in the implementation of the Cash-for-Training Program (C4TP) for Youth in the locality. The data from the National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR) is now accessible to 60 local government units in Eastern Visayas.
