Kalahi-CIDSS rehabs water system, empowers youth

JR, a 21-year-old Barangay Sub-Project Management Committee Chair of Guindapunan, Javier confidently provides technical details of their Kalahi-CIDSS rehab project to National Program Manager Chi Redaja during her recent visit in Leyte last week.

Said rehabilitation project, which is funded by Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction (JFPR), is a repair of Level II Gravity Fed Water System destroyed by super typhoon Yolanda in 2013.
