Patuloy ang DSWD Eastern Visayas sa pagpapadala ng mga Family Food Packs (FFPs) para sa mga munisipyo sa Eastern Samar na naapektuhan ng bagyong Bising. Agarang nagpreposition ang DSWD Eastern Visayas ng 1,400 na Family Food Packs sa Eastern Samar State University matapos pirmahan ng dalawang ahensya ang isang Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
