The DSWD F0-8 never stops to innovate systems to help mitigate the impacts of pandemic in the office so that the delivery of quality services would not be compromised.

One of the innovations is the eHealth Checklist, an information management system, which made it easier for medical staff to capture and monitor the health information of employees and clients upon entering the office as part of the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) implemented by the DSWD COVID Task Force. Further, the said system is an enhancement of the previous health checklist paper-based form.

“The eHealth Checklist, through the initiative of Regional Information Communication Technology and Management Unit (RICTMU), eyes for more systematic monitoring of health-related information of the employees and clients and visitors who go to the office and avail for DSWD’s frontline services and programs.” Chief for Administrative Division Clarito Logronio said.

He added that DSWD continues to enhance systems to effectively respond to the occurring needs of the beneficiaries amid pandemic.
