Today’s Happening – DSWD Field Office VIII O.I.C.-Regional Director, Grace Subong, swore into office some 175 newly – hired staff of the agency, at the KALAHI CIDSS Conference Room, DSWD VIII, Tacloban City. Hired were four regular staff, and others, 155 – contractual and 16 Contract of Service employees.”Being promoted or being hired in the Department is not an entitlement but more of a privilege.
