LOOK: In line with the celebration of the National Disaster Resilience Month, DSWD Eastern Visayas conducted a three-day workshop on Humanitarian Supply Chain Management Course at Eastern Visayas State University Main Campus, Tacloban City last July 26-28, 2022.

Participants completed a total of 14 modules which include Disaster Response Context and Legal Framework; and Management of Procurement, Production, Transport and Distribution, among others.

Humanitarian Supply Chain Management are activities on planning, sourcing, and logistics for the efficient and effective movement of goods from the point of origin to consumption in order to lessen the suffering of the vulnerable population during disasters.
