𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office VIII, in collaboration with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Leyte, Leyte, has facilitated the creation and election of the Federation of Sustainable Livelihood Program Associations, held at LGU Leyte Conference Hall on 18 March 2024. Nineteen (19) SLPA presidents participated in the activity.
The induction ceremony for the newly elected officers of the federation is on March 25, 2024. This occasion will coincide with the celebration and culmination of Women’s Month in LGU Leyte, highlighting the invaluable contributions of women to community development.
