ABCD, EFG, HIJK, LMNOP…For Jovelyn, it’s another day at work.

Jovelyn Vargas, 37, is a teacher at the Rizal Elementary School in Dolores, Eastern Samar. She teaches kindergarten and is also taking up her masters degree at the Eastern Samar State University in Can-Avid.
