Social Worker Isolita Conde of the 31-year old Reception and Study Center (RSCC) of the DSWD is all ready to share her experiences working for the center, in the PIA – led virtual press conference set 10 am today. She retires January 1, next year after 20 years of service. Thank you to P.I.A. Director Olive Tiu for the opportunity. The RSCC headed by Nida Jusay is a child – caring facility for neglected, surrendered, abandoned, dependent kids and foundlings, aged zero to six years old. There are three other centers operated and maintained by DSWD Field Office VIII under Regional Director Marie Angela Gopalan.
