Per latest records from the Social Pension Unit, it was revealed that 78.17 % of the target social pensioners have received their 2019 cash grant, equivalent to 1,662 beneficiaries and an amount of Php 9,921,000.00 released. For the whole province of Southern Leyte, 85.31 % of the beneficiaries were released of their 2019 pension, which totals 25,014 of them.
