Sosing who personally attended the meeting. Other LCEs and representatives attended the meeting virtually. The forging of agreements sought to establish a sustainable partnership on the said strategy.

This is a seven-year case management strategy that aims to guide Pantawid Pamilya household beneficiaries to achieve an improved level of well-being towards stepping up from one well-being level to another, and out of poverty (graduation or exit) within the seven-year operational period of the program exposure.

Governor Ongchuan, in his talk, pointed out that the signing of Pantawid Pamilya SIA and MOU not only symbolizes the provincial government’s commitment to support the program but also to strengthen its implementation in providing social services to the vulnerable.

On the other hand, Director Subong highlighted the importance of the Provincial Advisory Council in providing support for the implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program in the province. She also expressed her gratitude to all local chief executives, partners, and stakeholders present in the activity for their invaluable support for the past 13 years since the inception of the program in the province.

Led by DSWD, the 4Ps is a poverty reduction strategy of the national government with DSWD as the lead agency. Household beneficiaries are entitled to receive cash subsidies provided that the conditions on health, nutrition, and education are followed. This will foster necessary behavior for parents to adequately perform the duties and responsibilities, particularly in investing in their children’s future. #
