TODAY, the Department of Social Welfare and Development Eastern Visayas, through the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), holds a Pugay Tagumpay ceremony as a way of celebrating the gains and success of 1,843 household beneficiaries from Tacloban City in reaching the self-sufficient level of well-being.
