Matagumpay na isinagawa ng DSWD Field Office VIII ang payout ng Risk Resiliency Program – Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation (RRP-CCAM) sa Allen, Northern Samar. Sa pangunguna ni Regional Director Grace Q. Subong, mahigit 900 na benepisyaryo ang nakatanggap ng P3,750.00 para sa kanilang sampung araw na pagtatrabaho sa Cash-For-Work program.
